HOW TO BE HAPPY WHEN YOU ARE SAD



  • Squeeze and hug your dog (If you don't have a dog, go find a dog. Pillows won't have the same effect)
  • Drink a lot of tea with a lot of soy milk. Add honey if you are extra sad.
  • Try trimming your fringe *This could possibly make you feel sadder if you cut it wrong*
  • Draw orange circles
  • Plant a plant and take care of it. Or go around your garden and water some existing plants
  • If it's nighttime, look at the stars
  • If it's daytime, look at the clouds
  • If it's daytime and it's windy, make a mini-kite and fly it
  • Find an ant trail and observe
