I visit the Takapuna Flea Market almost every Sunday.
And every time I'm there, I visit the Turkish Deli stall.
They have amazing homemade hummus, pita bread and turkish bread.
They also have nuts and figs and other food imported from Turkey.
A couple of months ago, I noticed that they do 2-for-1 hummus on rainy days.
Ever since then, rainy Sundays have become Hummus-Sundays for me.

GLENFIELD NIGHT MARKET
Went to the Glenfield Night Market. It was interesting.
I would advise going at around 5.30pm - 6.30pm. After 6.30pm it gets way too crowded and messy.
Glenfield Night Markets
Every Sunday 5.30pm til late
Ground Floor Carpark, Westfield, Glenfield.
If you're lucky you'll be able to find a parking spot on the ground floor. Otherwise, park on level 1/2/3 and find your way down to the ground floor. Just follow the crowd.

Tarts, tarts, and more tarts! None for me though. I was too full from eating a half a container of spinach hummus.

Pan fried dumplings. 8 buns for $5 or 15 dumplings for $5. Too bad they all had pork/meat fillings. Veggie filled dumplings pleaaaase?

Toro Churro always has a massive queue no matter where they go.

They were filming for "The Food Truck". That famous chef guy with quick fingers was there.

BOLOGNA MARKETS
Grocery shopping would not be a chore if I lived in Bologna. It would be a magical mini-adventure. I would go grocery shopping everyday.
Oh and there are homemade, artisan gelato stores every 100 metres. Seriously.
I don't think Bologna is a major tourist attraction. There aren't many tourists here. It's nice and relaxing. Everything seems really authentic.
