Today I made food! Proper, nice-tasting food! I made the dough, tomato paste, and chopped/cooked the toppings all by myself!!! With very limited ingredients too! I just had to use whatever was available at home. Pat on the back.
The mushrooms were cooked in wine! I made the tomato paste/base by heating tomato sauce, minced garlic, oregano, parsley, basil, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese in a saucepan.
Made the dough with yeast, flour, olive oil, salt. It took 1 hour to rise. I also sprinkled some breadcrumbs on the top to make it special hehe.
Yummy Edam cheeeeeeeese (I didn't use Mozzarella because Edam has 25% less fat)

Baked at 200 degrees for 20min and it was ready to eat! It was so yum and the dough was sooooo nice. I even got to use the cute pizza cutter that never gets used. (The smudgy stuff is from my doughy fingers btw).
