BUTTERLESS PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES


Made really quick peanut butter cookies.

Ingredients:
-1 cup crunchy peanut butter (made of just peanut and salt)
-1.5 tablespoons of cocoa powder (the bitter unsweetened sort. NOT chocolate milk powder.)
-1 tablespoon raw sugar
-1 egg

Then I just baked them for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. 

A bit brittle, but will stay together better if you let it cool down for about 30 minutes.

It tastes ok. Not fantastic but just ok. The important thing is that I cracked an egg properly all by myself! Pat on the back for that.
