PJs

I have just found my pink summer pajamas tucked away in the closet.
Changing into these PJs has just brought back an embarrassing childhood memory of mine.

Around when I was 10, mum and I went shopping at Pumpkin Patch and mum picked out a pink tartan shirt and matching shorts. I didn't like them but she thought they were so cute and decided that I must start wearing them straight away. So I left the store in the pink shirt and shorts, then continued walking around Takapuna, shopping, having lunch etc... Then when I got home, I looked through the Pumpkin Patch catalogue (which mum brought home) and I spotted my shirt and matching shorts - under the pajamas category.
So it turned out I spent half my day walking around Takapuna in my PJs. Nice.

They looked so clearly like pajamas, I don't know why neither of us did not realize it at the time.
It had puffy sleeves, little bow ties, patterns, and was made of pajama-type fabric.

Back to the present.

I had Vietnamese rice noodles for dinner.
Yummmm
Vietnamese food is yummy
So is Chinese food. I love Caton Cafe.
Of course Korean food is also nice.
Korean temple food seems nice too.
Italian is also very very nice. So yummy. Omg. mmmmmm.
German? dunno, the closest to authentic German food I've had is at De Fontein. But that's the Belgian Beer Cafe so I think it's Belgian food not German (probably very close though?)
Indian is nice. Esp vege korma and cheese naans.
French? Have not tried much French. Crepes, cakes, macaroons, and snails have been nice so far. Oh yeah, and the French bakery in Milford- yummm
Mexican is ultra yummmmm.
Spanish- my only encounter has been at the tapas place in Elliot Stables. The first time, at dinner it was very very delicious, but the second time at lunch it was quite pathetic so...dunno...it was probably the chef's fault.
Thai- love it.
There's too much, and too many categories. Basically I like everything, except when things get too meaty. I prefer beans and veges.
Dunno why I've gained so much weight...
It's not like I'm eating unhealthy food...
Must.return.to.my.normal.weight.

I should workout at the gym. There are so many gyms opening everywhere these days.
If I do decide to workout, I could sing Fergie's song while working out:
"My body stay vicious, I be up in the gym just working on my fitness"

But I have bad memories of going to the gym.
So I will have to weigh out the pros and cons again.
On a side note, how can someone's body be vicious?
I don't want to look vicious. Geez.

Maybe pilates is the answer.
Or yoga? no, the calmness in the instructors face while doing extremely difficult poses gets on my nerves.
Zumba? no. do I have to explain?
Aerobics? no. I can't seem to keep up.
Aquarobics? no. umm, it feels like a mid-aged women's exercise thing.
Dance? no. I don't want people touching me.
ok pilates.

Such a long post.
Not much brain farting today.
